Man arrested over explosives<\/p>\n
JAKARTA:Police said on Monday they had arrested another man for carrying
\nexplosives and detonators in East Nusa Tenggara on the weekend.
\nThe arrest of Murdiono followed the apprehension two weeks ago of
\na man and four women in East Kalimantan on similar charges.<\/p>\n
National Police spokesman Insp. Gen. Aryanto Boedihardjo said
\nthat Murdiono was believed to be in the same group as the five
\npeople arrested in Nunukan, East Kalimantan. They all bought the
\nexplosive materials from a dealer in Malaysia named Haji Abdul,
\nhe added. Aryanto said the same seller had also sold ammonium
\nnitrate to a woman named Ika who carried the explosive material
\nto Makassar, South Sulawesi.<\/p>\n
\"Murdiono admitted to buying the materials, which were made in
\nIndia, along with detonators for two men named Haji Kadri and Haji
\nNurdin in Maumere (on Flores island),\" Aryanto added. He said
\nMurdiono claimed that the explosives were to be used for fishing. --JP<\/p>",
