Man arrested for sexual molestation<\/p>\n
TANGERANG, West Java (JP): An employee of a kindergarten in
\nKarawaci has been arrested for allegedly sexually molesting a
\nsix-year-old boy.<\/p>\n
Local police sources said yesterday that an employee of Melati
\nKindergarten, identified as Sy, was arrested on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Sy was arrested following a report from the parents of Ar, 6,
\nwho discovered that something was wrong with their child.<\/p>\n
Ar's mother was taking the child to the bathroom on Wednesday
\nafternoon when she smelled something strange in the body of the
\nchild. The woman then took Ar's clothes off and found sperm
\naround the child's buttocks.<\/p>\n
The child told his mother it was Sy who did it. Ar said he was
\nplaying in the kindergarten compound with two other local
\nchildren, Ju and Ek (both boys), when Sy asked them to follow
\nhim.<\/p>\n
The children were taken to a classroom where Sy tried to hug
\nand kiss Ju and Ek, the police said. "The two children refused,
\nbut Sy offered Rp 100 to Ar, who accept the offer," the officer
\nadded.<\/p>\n
"Medical reports indicate that there was no penetration at
\nall," the officer said, adding that the suspect could have
\ncommitted sexual assault or molestation, not sodomy. (28\/sur)<\/p>",
