A woman from Cileungsi, Bogor District, West Java, identified as LA\n(29), fell victim to an armed robbery in which her car and personal\nvaluables were stolen. The suspect, named Kecot (33), who was her\nacquaintance, has been arrested.<\/p>\n
According to the head of Cisauk Police Station, AKP Dhady Arsya, the\nincident occurred on Tuesday, 19 May at 01:00 Western Indonesian\nStandard Time. The day before, on Monday, 18 May at 20:00, the victim\ntravelled to Tangerang to meet her acquaintance identified as MK or\nKecot (33) following a prior arrangement.<\/p>\n
\u201cAround 21:00, the victim met the suspect Kecot at the roadside\ndriving a Honda Brio at a lodging place in Serpong, South Tangerang,\u201d\nDhady stated on Saturday, 23 May. The pair then proceeded to an\napartment in Serpong, South Tangerang. The suspect invited the victim\nfor intimate relations four times and promised her a sum of money.<\/p>\n
\u201cAround 11:30, suspect Kecot and the victim left the apartment, but\nthe suspect had not yet provided the promised money. According to their\nagreement, the suspect was to give the victim 2 million rupiah for four\nencounters,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
After going out for a meal, around 00:30 they headed to Cisauk,\nTangerang District, to pick up the suspect\u2019s associate named Senet, who\nsat in the rear seat. During the journey, suspect Kecot immediately took\nthe victim\u2019s mobile phone that she was using.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe suspect said, \u2018You stay quiet, don\u2019t say much. If you don\u2019t want\ntrouble, I\u2019m going to take this car and sell it,\u2019 and the iPhone was\nimmediately seized by the suspect Sutri alias Senet,\u201d Dhady added.<\/p>\n
After driving around, the suspect then pointed a sickle blade at the\nvictim\u2019s neck and stomach. Subsequently, the victim\u2019s hands were tied\nand she was abandoned on the roadside of Cisauk, Tangerang District.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter successfully taking the car and iPhone, both suspects left\nwith the stolen goods, whilst the victim walked and met a witness. The\nvictim and witness then went to Cisauk Police Station,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Police launched an investigation and arrested Kecot on Thursday\nmorning, 21 May. Investigations are ongoing and police are still\nsearching for suspect Senet.<\/p>\n

The suspect is currently being held at Cisauk Police Station along\nwith evidence including the victim\u2019s car.
