        "content": "<p>Malang Regent M Sanusi has inaugurated 447 officials within the\nMalang Regency Government (Pemkab Malang). One of them is Ahmad\nDzulfikar Nurrahman, the regent\u2019s own son, who was appointed as Head of\nthe Environmental Agency (DLH).<\/p>\n<p>The inauguration ceremony for high-level leadership positions (JPTP),\nadministrators, supervisors, and functional roles took place solemnly at\nthe Grand Pendopo of Malang Regency on Monday (13\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Dzulfikar, Sanusi appointed three other echelon II\nofficials: Nurrahman as Head of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol\nPP), Sujarwo Ady Wijayanto as Head of the Community and Village\nEmpowerment Agency, and Astri Lutfiatunnisa as Head of the Industry and\nTrade Agency.<\/p>\n<p>In his address, Regent Sanusi stressed that this mutation and\ninauguration is a strategic step to strengthen good governance. He urged\nall newly appointed officials to uphold the integrity pact they have\nsworn.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is part of the Malang Regency Government\u2019s commitment to\nimplementing a civil servant management system within good governance,\u201d\nsaid Sanusi in his speech, as reported by detikJatim.<\/p>\n<p>Sanusi affirmed that he, along with the activity implementation team\n(TPK), would conduct strict supervision of the ASN\u2019s performance.\nHowever, he assured that the supervision is not to find faults but to\nensure professionalism and accountability in their work.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the sensitive issue of integrity, he issued a stern\nwarning.
