According the<br>\nGovernor, this gives the impression that the users of the<br>\nbuildings are not friendly and humane.<\/p>\n<p>Yet the Jakarta Metropolitan Administration can do nothing<br>\nabout it.<\/p>\n<p>In another area many pedestrians are caught for violating<br>\ntraffic regulations and fined accordingly. Again, this is<br>\ninhumane because the sidewalks, fly-passes and bus stops are far<br>\nfrom adequate. So the impression is that Jakarta lacks a decent<br>\nlife-style.<\/p>\n<p>It would be proper for the governor to abolish all the<br>\nbuilding fences along Jl.
