        "content": "<p>Makassar (ANTARA) - A youth community in Makassar has introduced a\ntechnological innovation in the form of an application that can\nautomatically reply to messages (chat) to support increased sales for\nmicro, small, and medium enterprise actors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis AI-based application is designed to overcome communication\nchallenges with customers that are increasingly prevalent in the digital\nera,\u201d said Business Consultant for Bisachat AI, Nurhaliza A. Arief, in\nMakassar on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>She explained that the surge in WhatsApp usage as the primary\nbusiness channel has brought new challenges, particularly regarding\nmessage accumulation and slow responses that can impede sales.<\/p>\n<p>This situation is seen as potentially leading to lost sales\nopportunities amid increasingly tight competition.<\/p>\n<p>Observing this phenomenon, her group has been developing an\nartificial intelligence-based platform named \u201cBisachat AI\u201d since June\n2025.<\/p>\n<p>The application is designed to help business actors manage customer\nconversations more efficiently through its automatic chat reply\nfeature.<\/p>\n<p>Nurhaliza revealed that many businesses have high market demand but\nare not yet able to manage customer communications optimally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMany chats go unanswered or are responded to late, even though they\nhave the potential to become transactions. That\u2019s the main problem,\u201d she\nstated.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, WhatsApp usage is no longer just an additional\ncommunication tool but also an essential part of the marketing and\ntransaction process.<\/p>\n<p>However, the increase in the number of messages is often not matched\nby human resource capacity. As a solution, Bisachat AI provides a system\ncapable of responding to customer messages automatically and quickly,\neven outside operating hours.<\/p>",
