"summary": "The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Majalengka has issued a stern warning to residents against burning rubbish or scrubland, citing it as the primary cause of recent forest and land fires. Several incidents across the regency in the past fortnight have been attributed to human negligence, with flames spreading uncontrollably due to strong winds. Authorities are urging an immediate halt to such practices, warning that the extremely dry conditions could lead to widespread and difficult-to-control fires across all 343 villages in the area.",
