        "content": "<p>PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) reports that the construction of\nSummarecon Mall Makassar has completed the foundation work, and in the\nnear future will enter the main construction phase, marked by the\ninstallation of a tower crane in mid-2026.<\/p>\n<p>Summarecon Director, Soegianto Nagaria, stated that the development\nof Summarecon Mall Makassar is an important part of the integrated area\ndevelopment of Summarecon Mutiara Makassar, as a new activity centre in\neastern Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>This area continues to grow through the presence of education,\nsports, and lifestyle facilities, as well as the hosting of various\nnational-scale events throughout 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The development of Summarecon Mall Makassar strengthens the position\nof Summarecon Mutiara Makassar as an integrated area that continues to\ngrow and brings various new activities for the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to promote this area as a centre for business, lifestyle,\nand national-scale activities in eastern Indonesia,\u201d said Soegianto in\nhis statement on Saturday, 9 May 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Summarecon Mall Makassar is built on a 10.6-hectare plot with a\nfamily mall concept, neighbourhood mall, as well as a one-stop shopping\ndestination.
