Maid killed for refusing a kiss<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): A food vendor allegedly stabbed and killed a
\nmaid in a house on Jl. Makulo, Bumi Satria Kencana housing
\ncomplex in Bekasi Wednesday after she refused a kiss from him.
\nThe suspect sold siomay (steamed dumplings).<\/p>\n
City Police Spokesman Lt. Col. E. Aritonang said yesterday the
\nsuspect, identified only as Ag, admitted Thursday to having
\nkilled 18-year-old Jamilah after being interrogated by police for
\nabout 27 hours.<\/p>\n
Aritonang said Ag, who was delivering a food order to the
\nhouse, arrived in the afternoon.<\/p>\n
\"Ag entered the house through the back door and met Jamilah
\nwho had just taken a bath,\" Aritonang said.<\/p>\n
He said the suspect, who knew Jamilah's employer was not home,
\ntried to hug and kiss the maid.<\/p>\n
Jamilah resisted and shouted for help. Ag got angry and
\nstabbed the maid with a knife, Aritonang said.<\/p>\n
\"She suffered 20 stab wounds to the body and head.\"<\/p>\n
Aritonang said the suspect moved Jamilah's body to the
\nbathroom and then left the house.<\/p>\n
Jamilah's employer, identified as Feni, later met Ag in a
\nstall near the house and asked about her food order, he said.<\/p>\n
He said Ag, who pretended to deliver the siomay to the house,
\naccompanied Feni to her house.<\/p>\n
Feni entered the house and called Jamilah but she did not
\nreply, he said.<\/p>\n
Aritonang said Feni, accompanied by Ag, found Jamilah dead in
\nthe bathroom. Police questioned at least 12 people, he said.<\/p>\n
Ag, whose alibi was unclear, finally admitted to having killed
