        "content": "<p>PT Mahaka Media Tbk, or mahakaX, reported revenue of Rp 184 billion\nin 2025. The company stated it would enhance efficiency and business\ncollaboration to sustain operations amid the dynamic digital media\nindustry.<\/p>\n<p>This was disclosed during the 2026 Annual General Meeting of\nShareholders (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders\n(EGM) held on Monday, 25 May 2026. Shareholders also approved changes to\nthe board of directors. Adrian Syarkawi was appointed as President\nDirector, replacing Ronny W Sugiadha. Aditama Wahyudi Mirza also joined\nthe board.<\/p>\n<p>MahakaX President Director Adrian Syarkawi said the company will\nfocus on maintaining business continuity and strengthening adaptability\nin the ever-changing creative media industry. \u2018Our focus moving forward\nis to sustain this momentum. With an integrated ecosystem and\ncomplementary business units, we believe MahakaX can continue to\nstrengthen its position in the creative digital media industry,\u2019\nSyarkawi stated.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that changing audience behaviour and digital platform\ndevelopments require the media industry to be more adaptive. Therefore,\nMahakaX will enhance integration between business units to deliver more\nrelevant content and services to the public.<\/p>\n<p>The company will also optimise cross-business collaboration across\nmedia, broadcasting, brand activation, events, and community platforms\nto support long-term business growth.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, MahakaX reported a negative EBITDA of Rp 11 billion, an\noperating loss of Rp 15 billion, and a net loss of Rp 26 billion. The\ncompany stated these figures were part of efforts to maintain\noperational efficiency amid challenges in the media industry and the\ncurrent economic climate.<\/p>\n<p>Due to negative equity, the company decided not to distribute\ndividends for the 2025 financial year.<\/p>",
