        "content": "<p>Madura power by September<\/p>\n<p>PAMEKASAN, East Java: State electricity company PLN will<br>\ninstall two gas-fueled power plants for the blacked-out island of<br>\nMadura, an official said on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Head of PLN Java-Bali power distribution Rahmat Hariyanto told<br>\nAntara on Sunday the two power plants were expected to start<br>\noperating in September. The two generators have a total power<br>\ncapacity of 38 megawatts.<\/p>\n<p>\"We are looking for the most suitable place for the two power<br>\nplants, but for the time being we have chosen Mandangin Island,\"<br>\nRahmat said after an Idul Adha (Islamic Day of Sacrifice) prayer<br>\nhere.<\/p>\n<p>The power plants will be shipped from Gresik, near the<br>\nprovincial capital of Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p>Rahmat said the generators would also distribute electricity<br>\nto other parts of the province.<\/p>",
