The Madiun Regency Government, East Java, is conducting an evaluation\nof the implementation of learning at the local Sekolah Rakyat to ensure\nthat the teaching and learning process is orderly, effective, and in\naccordance with regulations.<\/p>\n
The Regent of Madiun, Hari Wuryanto, stated that the evaluation is\nbeing carried out thoroughly, covering the implementation of learning\nactivities, student care, dormitory life, and coordination between staff\nmembers.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe evaluation also discusses the division of tasks and\nresponsibilities for each implementing element, as well as responding to\nvarious problems faced during the programme\u2019s execution,\u201d said Regent\nHari Wuryanto during the Sekolah Rakyat Learning Implementation\nEvaluation held at the Sekolah Rakyat Multipurpose Building, Nglames\nVillage, Madiun Regency, on Monday.<\/p>\n
According to him, evaluation, coordination, and communication between\nthe various implementing elements of Sekolah Rakyat are essential to\nensure that students can maximise their pursuit of knowledge. To support\nthis, all activities must also be documented and reported in an orderly\nand periodic manner as part of the effort to ensure the programme\u2019s\nimplementation aligns with its objectives.<\/p>\n
The Regent noted that if any issues arise concerning the students,\nthey must be handled swiftly, accurately, and in a coordinated manner.\nThis is particularly important as the implementation of Sekolah Rakyat\nis still in an adjustment phase, both in terms of learning patterns and\nstudent life within the dormitory environment.<\/p>\n
Consequently, the Regent of Madiun stated that several improvement\nefforts need to be undertaken. In the short term, these efforts include\ninventorying all existing problems, immediately resolving urgent issues,\nand strengthening daily communication and coordination between\nstaff.<\/p>\n
In the medium term, improvements can be achieved through regular\nmonitoring and evaluation, strengthening the capacity of foster parents\nand dormitory supervisors, and enhancing staff competence.
