The\nreport addresses nine material ESG issues identified through a double\nmateriality assessment, including climate change adaptation and\nmitigation, energy, eco-friendly logistics services, customer value\nmanagement, human resource management, information security, risk\nmanagement, business conduct, and new growth engines and business\ndiversification. This year, LX Pantos expanded the report\u2019s scope to\ninclude overseas operational sites, reflecting the company\u2019s growing\ninternational network and increasing business scale in various\ncountries. For the environmental aspect, LX Pantos calculated Scope 1\ngreenhouse gas emissions from its direct operations and Scope 2 indirect\nemissions from its operations in Korea and key overseas locations. The\ncompany also underwent third-party verification to enhance the\nreliability of the environmental information presented in the report. On\nthe social front, LX Pantos collected and analysed employee data from\nnine subsidiaries in Europe, covering human and labour rights,\noccupational health and safety, working conditions, and education and\ncareer development. An independent third-party assurance provider also verified\nthe report to ensure its accuracy and reliability. In 2025, LX Pantos\nreceived several recognitions for its sustainability efforts, including\na Silver rating from EcoVadis, a B rating from the Carbon Disclosure\nProject, LEED Gold certification for its MegaWise Cheongna Center, and\nan A+ rating in the Regional Social Contribution Recognition System\norganised by South Korea\u2019s Ministry of Health and Welfare.
