        "content": "<p>Banjar, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The Central Board of the\nIndonesian Veterans\u2019 Legion (LVRI) held training for JSN 45 socialisers\nfor educational personnel in South Kalimantan to equip teachers with the\ntechnical skills to socialise national values in schools.<\/p>\n<p>The training is designed not only to provide understanding but also\npractical skills so that participants can become socialisers in\neducational environments,\u201d said Deputy General Chairman II of the LVRI\nCentral Board, Retired Air Marshal TNI Wresni Wiro, after the opening of\nthe JSN 45 Socialiser Training in Banjar, South Kalimantan, on\nMonday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe materials provided cover guidelines for passing on JSN 45, the\nhistory of the independence struggle, Pancasila and the 1945\nConstitution, as well as discussion techniques and practical\nsocialisation,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to theoretical learning, participants engaged in\npractical activities such as small and large group discussions and\nsimulations of delivering material to students.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cParticipants are equipped with the ability to explain and socialise\nthe values of struggle effectively in schools,\u201d Wresni stated.<\/p>\n<p>During the training, assessments were conducted through pre-tests,\npost-tests, practical evaluations, and feedback to ensure cognitive,\naffective, and psychomotor learning outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>LVRI targets participants to become active socialisers capable of\nimplementing the training materials sustainably in their respective\neducational units.<\/p>\n<p>Staff Expert in Government, Law, and Politics of the South Kalimantan\nProvincial Secretariat, Adi Santoso, said the training strengthens the\ncompetence of educators in supporting character-based learning.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, enhancing teachers\u2019 capacity is an important part\nof addressing educational challenges, particularly in integrating\nnational values into the teaching and learning process.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe participants are educational personnel from upper secondary\nschool principals, so it\u2019s limited.
