He stated that the\nintegration of data across ministries and institutions, supported by\nartificial intelligence, will eliminate manual processes and human\nintervention, leaving only a supervisory role. \u201cAll the data talks to\neach other, supported by AI\u2026 and the process becomes very fast,\u201d Luhut\nsaid during the launch of digital birth certificate integration at a\ncommunity health centre in South Jakarta on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>BPJS Kesehatan President Director Prihati Pujowaskito noted that the\nagency currently covers 285 million participants, or 98.6 percent of the\npopulation, but faces challenges with data accuracy. Approximately 54\nmillion participants are inactive, and manual registration processes\noften lead to duplicate data and delays. He explained that duplicate\nrecords can affect contribution management, sometimes requiring the\nagency to return payments following audits by the Supreme Audit\nAgency.<\/p>\n<p>The integration of the Health Ministry\u2019s SATUSEHAT system with the\nHome Affairs Ministry\u2019s SIAK system aims to resolve these issues. Health\nMinister Budi Gunadi Sadikin said the integration would be expanded to\ninclude the Social Affairs Ministry and BPJS Kesehatan to harmonise\ndata, particularly for recipients of contribution assistance. Home\nAffairs Minister Tito Karnavian added that the digital birth certificate\nservice allows newborns to receive documentation on the same day, with\ncertificates sent directly to health facilities or parents via WhatsApp\nand email, eliminating the need for parents to visit multiple\noffices.<\/p>",
