BUSAN, South Korea: Sitting side by side on Haeundae beach,
\nsupporters of Indonesia and Kazakhstan were engaged in a war of
\nchants, with each vying to outdo the other in providing support
\nfor their men's beach volley teams on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Every time the Kazakhs chanted \"Kazakhstan\", there were
\ninstant replies of \"Indonesia\" during the match between the
\nIndonesia 2 team of Andy Ardiansyah and Supriadi and the
\nKazakhstan 1 team of Pavel Zabuslayev and Dmitriy Vorobyev.<\/p>\n
The Indonesian team also received support from a group of
\nKoreans playing traditional percussion instruments.<\/p>\n
There were also Busan residents deployed by the Indonesian
\nhonorary consul in Busan, Kim Soo-il, ranging from school
\nchildren to adults waving red-and-white flags.<\/p>\n
But the cheers really reached a crescendo when Indonesia 2
