        "content": "<p>Loan for Citra Marga<\/p>\n<p>HONG KONG (Reuter): The three-year floating rate note issue<br>\nfor Citra Marga Finance BV, guaranteed by PT Citra Marga<br>\nNusaphala Persada, has been increased to US$175 million from $150<br>\nmillion due to oversubscription, lead manager Peregrine Fixed<br>\nIncome said yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>The notes, issued at par, were launched on Nov. 16 and pay a<br>\ncoupon of 150 basis points over the six-month LIBOR.<\/p>\n<p>Fees are 130 basis points for lead managers, 100 for co-lead<br>\nmanagers, 75 for senior managers and 55 for managers.<\/p>\n<p>Lead managers are Peregrine Fixed Income, with $35 million,<br>\nBank Negara Indonesia, with US$15 million, and Agricultural Bank<br>\nof China, Boram Bank, Credit Lyonnais Singapore, Hyundai<br>\nInternational Merchant Bank, Korea Long Term Credit Bank, Krung<br>\nThai Bank, Seoul Bank and Sumitomo Finance (Asia), with $11<br>\nmillion each.<\/p>\n<p>Co-lead manager Daegu Bank committed to $10 million.<\/p>\n<p>Senior managers, with $5 million each, are Bank of Commerce<br>\n(L), Kyongnam Bank and UMBC International Bank (L). Managers,<br>\nwith US$3 million each, are Banco Central Hispanoamericano,<br>\nDongNam Bank, KEB Leasing &amp; Finance and Tat Lee Bank.<\/p>\n<p>The loan agreement was signed in Singapore yesterday.<\/p>",
