(SIMP), part of the Salim Group, will distribute a cash dividend of\nRp26 per share for the 2025 financial year. The dividend is scheduled to\nbe paid on 28 July 2026. The distribution was approved during SIMP\u2019s\nAnnual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on 25 June 2026. In\ntoday\u2019s first trading session, SIMP\u2019s share price reached 545, down\n0.91%. Based on the current price, the stock\u2019s dividend yield stands at\n4.77%. Veteran investor Lo Kheng Hong is set to reap substantial profits\nfrom this dividend payout. His name is recorded as one of SIMP\u2019s\nshareholders with a stake above 5%. Data from the Indonesian Central\nSecurities Depository (KSEI) as of 29 May 2026 reveals that Lo holds\n796,649,400 SIMP shares, equivalent to a 5.14% stake.
