        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa has\nofficially issued a new regulation on service tariffs at RSPAD Gatot\nSubroto. One of the latest provisions established is the expansion of\nthe list of societal groups that can receive free services when seeking\ntreatment at RSPAD Gatot Subroto.<\/p>\n<p>This latest provision is contained in Ministry of Finance Regulation\n(PMK) Number 20 of 2026. The regulation was issued to replace the\nprevious one, namely PMK Number 133 of 2019.<\/p>\n<p>This policy takes effect 15 days after its official promulgation on\n22 April 2026. With this regulation, all service tariffs at RSPAD Gatot\nSubroto will adjust to the new provisions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn order to improve the quality of services to the public and\nprovide flexibility in financial management based on principles of\neconomy and productivity, as well as the implementation of sound\nbusiness practices, it is necessary to regulate service tariffs for\ngoods or services provided by the Public Service Agency of the Army\nCentral Hospital Gatot Soebroto under the Ministry of Defence,\u201d quoted\nfrom the considering section of PMK 20\/2026, cited Saturday\n(24\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>In Article 24 of the latest PMK, the list of societies that can be\ncharged service tariffs up to Rp0.00 (zero rupiah) includes the general\npublic from poor families who are not patients of guarantor parties.<\/p>\n<p>Then, victims affected by force majeure; victims of criminal acts\nand\/or accidents without identity; implementation of government\nassignments for strategic activities; and activities for public and\nsocial interests.<\/p>\n<p>In the previous regulation, namely PMK 133\/2019, the groups eligible\nfor free costs consisted only of unidentified accident victims; victims\naffected by force majeure conditions; general public patients from poor\nfamilies who are not patients of guarantor parties, and patients from\nthe TNI extended family.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe provision of service tariffs up to Rp0.00 (zero rupiah) as\nreferred to in paragraph (1) shall be carried out by considering the\nfinancial condition of the Public Service Agency of the Army Central\nHospital Gatot Soebroto under the Ministry of Defence,\u201d as stated in PMK\n20\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, other tariffs that have changed from the previous\nprovisions include the cost of class II medical accommodation at\nRp825,000, previously Rp350,000-450,000 with more specific nomenclature,\nnamely Class II Room.<\/p>\n<p>Another example is the cost of specialist doctor visits and\nexaminations at Rp350,000 per visit, whereas previously the costs were\ncalculated separately, such as visit fees of Rp150,000-250,000 per day\nand consultations of Rp150,000-250,000 per visit.<\/p>",
