        "content": "<p>Liquid carrier project<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Salim Group, RGM International and Gearbulk Ltd<br>\nwill set up a joint venture company to operate carriers of liquid<br>\nproducts like crude palm oil and refined palm oil.<\/p>\n<p>Salim Group's chief executive officer, Anthony Salim, said<br>\nyesterday that he, RGM's chief executive, Sukanto Tanoto, and<br>\nGearbulk's chief executive, Kurt Hjelset, signed a memorandum of<br>\nunderstanding Monday.<\/p>\n<p>He said Salim Group would own 40 percent of the joint venture,<br>\nRGM International 40 percent and Gearbulk 20 percent.<\/p>\n<p>He did not say how much the project would cost.<\/p>\n<p>Salim said Gearbulk's subsidiary, Grace Shipping Ltd, was<br>\nconducting a feasibility study.<\/p>\n<p>Salim Group and RGM International have cooperated in<br>\ndeveloping palm oil plantations in North Sumatra, Jambi and Riau<br>\nsince 1983.
