Lippo markets new estate<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Publicly listed property firm PT Lippo Cikarang
\nofficially launched on Thursday the sales campaign for its new
\nindustrial estate in Cikarang, West Java.<\/p>\n
The 150-hectare Delta Silicon II industrial estate project
\nfollows the company's success in marketing Delta Silicon I, also
\nlocated in the Cikarang area.<\/p>\n
Company president Yuke Susiloputro said that Delta Silicon I
\nwas 95 percent occupied, mostly by foreign companies from the
\nUnited States, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Germany.<\/p>\n
"We hope the new 150-hectare industrial estate can attract
\nmore overseas investors into Indonesia despite uncertainty in the
\ncurrent political and economic situation," Yuke said in a
\nstatement.<\/p>\n
Delta Silicon II is among eight industrial estates owned by
\nLippo Cikarang. All are located in eastern areas of Jakarta,
\nincluding East Jakarta Industrial Park, Bekasi International
\nIndustrial Estate, Boston Techno Park, Newton Techno Park,
\nDiamond Techno Park, California Techno Center, and Delta Silicon
\nI, which in total occupy an area of about 1,000 hectares. (03)<\/p>",
