        "content": "<p>The Task Force for Accelerating Rehabilitation and Reconstruction\n(Satgas PRR) following the Sumatra disaster ensures that the\ndistribution of life guarantee aid (jadup) and other social assistance\nto disaster survivors continues with principles of targeted delivery,\naccountability, and field-based data. Chairman of Satgas PRR, Muhammad\nTito Karnavian, emphasised that all aid distribution mechanisms are\nconducted through a bottom-up data approach from local governments to\nensure that assistance truly reaches those who are entitled. \u201cThe speed\nof providing aid, whether for damaged houses, individuals, furniture,\nfood money, and economic stimuli, uses a bottom-up mechanism from data\ncollection by district\/city governments. Some are fast, some are slow,\u201d\nTito said in Jakarta on Wednesday, 25 March 2026. He explained that the\ndifferences in aid distribution speed across regions are not caused by\ndelays from the central government, but rather by variations in the\nspeed of data collection and submissions from local governments.\nAccording to Tito, recipient data must undergo a multi-layered\nverification process, starting from local governments to elements of the\nRegional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), as well as field\nvalidation by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to ensure no errors or\nduplicate data occur. \u201cWe found duplicate data in the field. Therefore,\nverification is very important to ensure aid is targeted,\u201d he stressed.\nSatgas PRR data as of 13 April 2026 records the widespread distribution\nof social assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs in the form of\nlife guarantee aid, housing contents, and economic stimuli in Aceh,\nNorth Sumatra, and West Sumatra. In Aceh Province, aid distribution\nreaches various districts\/cities with significant values. Pidie Jaya\nDistrict received a total aid of Rp123.66 billion, followed by East Aceh\nat Rp37.68 billion, and Central Aceh at Rp27.14 billion.
