Liberian arrested with 100g heroin<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Jakarta Police detectives arrested a 22-year-old
\nLiberian allegedly in possession of 100 grams of heroin, worth
\nabout Rp 40 million (US$5,715), at a hotel in Petamburan
\nsubdistrict, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n
Jakarta Police chief of detectives Col. Alex Bambang Riatmodjo
\nidentified the suspect as Tejan P. Senecca.<\/p>\n
"He said he came here last year and married a 20-year-old
\nAmbonese, Agnes Cani. When we questioned him again, he said he
\ncame here as a tourist," Alex said.<\/p>\n
"We caught him dealing with undercover police officers. He
\nsaid he had the heroin, and we said we had the money. We did a
\nbody search, and found the heroin."<\/p>\n
"We are still investigating the possibility that this man may
\nhave used his wife to deal drugs, as has happened in the latest
\ndrug cases involving foreigners."<\/p>\n
Tejan said he arrived here some time between February and
\nMarch last year and had married Agnes in November last year.<\/p>\n
On Sunday evening, detectives arrested Zimbabwean Mecksom
\nRamsom, 37, for allegedly having 30 grams of heroin packed in an
\nempty Marlboro cigarette pack.<\/p>\n
Mecksom had prepared a passport and an open date return ticket
\nto Sao Paulo, Brazil, under the name of Sriani, 37, an Indonesian
\nwoman.<\/p>\n
"It's likely that Ramsom would send Sriani to Sao Paulo to get
