The\nLiberia-flagged cargo ship Daytona Beach departed from Iran\u2019s Bandar\nAbbas port at 08:28 Turkish time and crossed the Strait of Hormuz at\n09:59. On Wednesday evening (8\/4), the vessel was in the Gulf of Oman,\nwith its destination listed as Fujairah port in the United Arab\nEmirates. The Greek-owned cargo ship NJ Earth also transited the strait\nat 11:44 local time.
