        "content": "<p>Letter #7<\/p>\n<p>Dear Sir or Madam,<\/p>\n<p>I am a student at Ipeka Bilingual School. Every day, I always <br>\nsee rubbish on the street and nobody cares about it. Many people <br>\nthrow rubbish everywhere. They don't want to obey the rules, but <br>\nif the big and heavy rains come, my neighbors and maybe everybody <br>\nelse gets angry and talk about their ideas or plans to the head <br>\nof the neighborhood. They always say that they can't get comfort <br>\nin the neighborhood. They always judge that the head of the <br>\nneighborhood can't do his or her job well.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, my father couldn't stop smoking and he got heart <br>\ndisease. Luckily there was a miracle -- a doctor in Singapore <br>\ncould help him and he became healthy again.<\/p>\n<p>Air, land and water pollution make us live painfully. Every <br>\nday, many people die because of their unclean environment. Many <br>\nextreme diseases appear now. They can attack anybody and the <br>\ndiseases can attack your lungs, heart, brain and every important <br>\norgan in your body.<\/p>\n<p>We can solve this problem and we must believe that we can make <br>\nour country free from diseases. The first step to solve the <br>\nproblem is we can clean our neighborhood together two days a week <br>\nand everybody must participate in cleaning their house and the <br>\nstreet outside their house.<\/p>\n<p>The government can make some rules to arrange the country. An <br>\nexample of a new rule is all factories must not dispose their <br>\nwaste products into the rivers in this country.<\/p>\n<p>I also believe that everyone can obey the rules for our life <br>\nand our happiness.<\/p>\n<p>I am confident that my ideas can be successful and useful for <br>\nour lives. We must learn and do this process step by step, and we <br>\nmust survive during the process of this proposal. Maybe many <br>\npeople think that it is hard and they can't stop their habits. <br>\nBut we must try it and we must never give up.<\/p>\n<p>I hope that the government and all of Jakarta's people will <br>\nhelp our country to be a better country than before.
