        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2014 The Harvest, a dessert retail company, has launched a\nsocial programme titled \u201cLet Eid Be The Light\u201d to provide support and\nmotivation to children memorising the Qur\u2019an during Ramadan through to\nthe approach of Eid al-Fitr 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The programme features joint breaking of fast activities and\ndistribution of alms packages to orphans and Islamic students undergoing\nQur\u2019anic education at several foundations. The initiative is hoped not\nonly to serve as an occasion for gathering and strengthening social\nbonds, but also to inspire children to continue learning and memorising\nthe Qur\u2019an.<\/p>\n<p>Sylvia Andriani Rizal, CEO of PT Sentra Aktaha Horeca and head of The\nHarvest, stated that the campaign emerged from the company\u2019s reflection\non the importance of sharing happiness during Ramadan.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, products such as cakes, biscuits, and hampers\nproduced by the company have traditionally been associated with moments\nof joy and celebration in people\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen looking at our products like cakes, biscuits, and hampers, they\nare all closely connected with happiness. People typically purchase our\nproducts to celebrate important moments in their lives,\u201d said Sylvia on\nMonday 9 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Through the \u201cLet Eid Be The Light\u201d programme, the company seeks to\nbroaden the meaning of happiness by introducing social activities that\nbenefit children undertaking Qur\u2019anic education.<\/p>\n<p>On this occasion, the company also symbolically presented alms\npackages to representatives of two foundations as a show of support for\norphans and Islamic students memorising the Qur\u2019an.<\/p>\n<p>Sylvia acknowledged that not everyone has equal opportunity to\nexperience happiness during Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr.
