        "content": "<p>The Jakarta Provincial Government has temporarily closed Lenteng\nAgung Road towards Depok from this afternoon until tomorrow morning.<\/p>\n<p>Head of Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency Budi Awaluddin\nstated that alternative routes have been arranged for the public during\nthe closure.<\/p>\n<p>Budi noted the closure of Lenteng Agung Road towards Depok is from\n2pm today (1 June) until 5am tomorrow (2 June), carried out for\nunderground channel repairs by the Jakarta Water Resources Agency\n(SDA).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe road closure is due to underground channel repairs by the Water\nResources Agency. We have deployed traffic officers to guide residents\nto alternative routes,\u201d Budi stated in an official release.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta Transportation Agency has stationed officers at Tapal Kuda\nand the University of Pancasila roundabout. Officers will direct\nmotorists to the designated alternative routes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have officers deployed around the area to guide residents to\nalternative routes. We also urge the public to follow officers\u2019\ninstructions for everyone\u2019s safety,\u201d Budi added.<\/p>\n<p>During the repairs, traffic diversions are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>Traffic from Pasar Minggu heading to Depok will be diverted via\nLenteng Agung Road, U-turn at the JPL 23 railway crossing or University\nof Pancasila roundabout, then proceed to Moch. Kahfi II Road, Tanah Baru\nRoad, and so on.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Alternatively, vehicles can U-turn at the Tapal Kuda roundabout\nin front of Jakarta Institute of Social and Political Sciences (IISIP),\nthen proceed via Lenteng Agung Road, TB Simatupang Road, Kebagusan Raya\nRoad or Cilandak KKO Road, then onto Moh. Kahfi I Road and so\non.<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Heavy vehicles from Tanjung Barat heading to Depok will be\ndirected via Jagorawi Toll Road or Desari Toll Road. Alternatively, via\nTB Simatupang Road, Bogor Road, UI Access Road, and so on.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He added that road users can also take TB Simatupang Road, Bogor\nRoad, UI Access Road, and so on.<\/p>\n<p>The Jakarta Provincial Government apologises for the traffic\ndisruption during the temporary closure.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe apologise for the inconvenience and urge the public to follow\nofficers\u2019 directions and adjust travel routes during the works,\u201d Budi\nconcluded.<\/p>",
