        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian Police Strategic Studies Institute\n(Lemkapi) states that the success of the Indonesian National Police\n(Polri) in managing the Eid al-Fitr exodus and return traffic in 2026\ndemonstrates the Bhayangkara Corps\u2019 commitment to public service.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe success in smoothing the Eid exodus and return traffic shows\nthat Polri is present to provide good service to the public. Polri is\nable to deliver comfortable, fast, and responsive service, making the\npublic feel safe during their journeys,\u201d said Lemkapi Director Edi\nHasibuan in Jakarta on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>He also stated that Polri\u2019s presence at various security and service\npoints has a significant impact on public perception.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat the public feels is that Polri is present to provide fast\nservice and make the public feel comfortable. This is an important\nindicator of the success of Operation Ketupat,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He further mentioned that during the implementation of Operation\nKetupat, Polri received many positive responses from the public.<\/p>\n<p>This is reflected in the increasing public trust in the police\ninstitution in providing protection, guidance, and service.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a good note and must be maintained going forward,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>With this achievement, Edi said, Polri is expected to continue\nimproving the quality of public service, especially in securing major\nmoments involving massive public mobility, such as the Eid exodus and\nreturn traffic.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, a survey by Indikator Politik Indonesia recorded that\nPolri posts achieved a satisfaction rate of 84 per cent, covering\nsecurity functions, information centres, and rest areas for\ntravellers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe majority of travellers felt satisfied with the facilities and\nservices during this year\u2019s Eid exodus and return traffic; travellers\nwere most satisfied with the provision of Polri posts for security,\ninformation centres, and rest services for the public during the exodus\nand return,\u201d said Lead Researcher at Indikator Politik Indonesia, Rizka\nHalida.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Polri posts, fuel availability also received positive\nratings with a satisfaction rate of 81.7 per cent, followed by public\ntransportation services at 79.7 per cent.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, traffic engineering on toll roads, such as the one-way\nsystem and contraflow, was rated satisfactory by 77.6 per cent of\nrespondents, and traffic management on non-toll roads at 76.1 per\ncent.<\/p>\n<p>These findings align with the overall public satisfaction rate for\nthe mudik organisation at 80.8 per cent, as well as the assessment by\naround 81 per cent of respondents that this year\u2019s mudik traffic\nmanagement was better than the previous year.<\/p>",
