        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Member of Parliament for the Central Sulawesi\nelectoral district, Longki Djanggola, has highlighted the importance of\nproper management of Wastewater Treatment Installations (IPAL) as part\nof kitchen sanitation standards to ensure the quality of the Free\nNutritious Meals (MBG) programme in various regions. \u201cIPAL must be\nproperly addressed. This is important to ensure that the kitchen\ncontinues to meet cleanliness standards, so that operations can run\nsustainably,\u201d Longki stated when contacted in Jakarta on Monday. The\nvisit is part of efforts to oversee the implementation of the\ngovernment\u2019s strategic programme in meeting community nutrition needs,\nparticularly for students. According to him, applying these standards is\nessential to ensure food safety and adequate nutrition for the\nbeneficiaries, especially pupils. Longki reminded that the quality of\nthe food served must be maintained in accordance with the standards set\nby the Health Department and the National Nutrition Agency (BGN).\n\u201cManagers and nutrition experts need to ensure that the entire\nprocessing process is hygienic and meets standards, so that the benefits\nof this programme can be felt optimally,\u201d he said.
