He stressed that the incident should not be\ntreated as routine, but rather as a wake-up call for all public facility\nmanagers to strengthen safety standards. He added that the tourist\nattraction receives thousands of visitors daily, including children and\nfamilies. \u2018I am deeply concerned about this incident. The safety and\nhealth of the child involved must be the top priority,\u2019 he said. Kenneth\nemphasised that visitor safety must be the top priority in all\noperational standards for tourist areas. Therefore, Ragunan Zoo\nmanagement is urged to conduct a transparent internal investigation to\ndetermine the sequence of events, causes, and any security gaps.
