The legal representatives of the heirs to land for the Cisumdawu\nToll project (Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan) plan to report the Sumedang\nDistrict Court in West Java to various judicial oversight bodies up to\nthe Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). This step follows the\nSumedang District Court\u2019s decision to disburse compensation funds\n(consignment) to another party amid an ongoing legal process. The heirs\u2019\nlegal representative, Jandri Ginting, regrets the Sumedang District\nCourt\u2019s action in issuing the fund disbursement to PT PR and its owner\nwith initials HD. According to him, this action undermines the supremacy\nof law because the second judicial review (PK) is still underway at the\nSupreme Court (MA). \u201cWe deeply regret the Sumedang District Court\u2019s\nstance. It is clear that the second PK is still ongoing at the Supreme\nCourt and not yet resolved. Why did the Sumedang District Court dare to\ndisburse those funds?\u201d Jandri said in his statement on Wednesday (8\/4).\nJandri emphasised that his clients still hold nine disbursement\ndeterminations and nine official cash cheques issued by the Sumedang\nDistrict Court. He suspects the involvement of certain\nindividuals and interests behind the fund disbursement, which he\nconsiders not to follow clear legal procedures. Therefore, his side will\nimmediately pursue formal legal channels. \u201cWe will report this matter to\nthe Supreme Court Supervisory Body (Bawas), the High Court, and up to\nthe KPK. We suspect there are fund flows to certain parties,\u201d he\nasserted. WITHOUT NOTIFICATION In line with that, the heirs\u2019\nrepresentative, Roni Riswara, admitted to being shocked upon learning\nthat the compensation for the land in Blok Pasirkancang, Cilayung\nVillage, Jatinangor Subdistrict, had been disbursed without any\nnotification to his side. In fact, his side had submitted the second PK,\nwhich was sent to the MA on 31 December 2025. \u201cWe have nine disbursement\ndeterminations that are legal products. Those should be cancelled first\nif there is any change. We suspect there is a legal mafia practice in\nthis case, and we will continue to advance to eradicate it,\u201d Roni said.\nMeanwhile, the heirs\u2019 legal advisor, Dedi Supriadi, called for serious\nattention from the central government, including the President and the\nAttorney General\u2019s Office, regarding the mess in disbursing people\u2019s\nrights. He views the unilateral fund disbursement amid an ongoing legal\nprocess as a serious violation. \u201cThis is an action that harms the\npeople\u2019s rights.
