        "content": "<p>The Lebong Regency Government, Bengkulu Province, is prioritising the\nacceleration of infrastructure development in Sungai Lisai Village,\nPinang Belapis District, which is situated within the Kerinci Seblat\nNational Park (TNKS) area.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking in Lebong on Friday, the Regent of Lebong, Azhari, stated\nthat this outermost village, located approximately 42.5 kilometres from\nthe local government centre, urgently requires adequate road access as\nresidents currently rely on footpaths and river crossings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDevelopment in Sungai Lisai Village is a priority for the Lebong\nRegency Government. We are in great need of road construction leading to\nthat area. The total length of road required is 10.4 kilometres, and\napproximately 7.4 kilometres have yet to be built,\u201d said Azhari.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the Lebong Regency Government has gradually\nallocated budgets to end the village\u2019s isolation, both through the TNI\nManunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) programme in collaboration with the\n0409\/Rejang Lebong Military District Command and through works by the\nLebong Public Works Department.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, budget constraints and the high cost of transporting\nconstruction materials to the isolated location remain the primary\nchallenges in accelerating road development in this region, which is\nrich in natural and cultural potential.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor 2026, we have allocated a budget of Rp1.5 billion, but this can\nonly open 600 metres of road. Accumulatively, the regency government has\nbudgeted approximately Rp3 billion for the development of the Sungai\nLisai Village road,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>He added that due to the limited road access to the Lebong Regency\ncentre, residents of Sungai Lisai Village have frequently conducted\neconomic transactions and fulfilled their basic needs in Merangin\nRegency, Jambi Province, which is more easily accessible.<\/p>\n<p>He expressed hope that the Large-Scale TNI Community Service\nProgramme, scheduled for October 202&lt;0xC2&gt;6, could assist in\ncompleting the road access, thereby facilitating resident mobility and\nthe transport of local agricultural produce.<\/p>",
