        "content": "<p>PT Jasamarga Jogja Solo began opening the functional lane of the\nSolo-Yogyakarta-YIA Kulon Progo Toll Road, Prambanan-Purwomartani\nsection, spanning 12.23 kilometres, starting from 16 March 2026 to\nsupport the smooth flow of Eid al-Fitr homecoming traffic. The toll\nroute is equipped with Lebaran Monitoring Posts stationed at the\nPrambanan and Purwomartani Toll Gates.<\/p>\n<p>Jasa Marga\u2019s President Director, Rivan A. Purwantono, stated that\nthis route is expected to serve as an alternative for those travelling\nfrom Yogyakarta to Klaten, Solo, Semarang, and even Jakarta. The\nfunctional lane of the Solo-Yogyakarta-YIA Kulon Progo Toll Road,\nPrambanan-Purwomartani section, will remain open until 29 March\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the presence of this functional route, traffic distribution is\nexpected to be more even, making public travel smoother,\u201d said Rivan to\nreporters on 18 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>On the first day of operation, 3,565 vehicles were recorded passing\nthrough the route. The opening of this functional lane is intended to\nease traffic density on national roads, particularly at congestion-prone\npoints between Yogyakarta and Central Java regions.<\/p>\n<p>The functional route operates one-way from 06:00 to 18:00 WIB. Road\nusers from Yogyakarta can proceed directly through the Purwomartani Toll\nGate to various cities in Central Java.<\/p>\n<p>President Director of PT Jasamarga Jogja Solo, Rudy Hardiansyah,\nadded that his company has prepared various facilities to support the\ncomfort and safety of road users during the homecoming period. \u201cWe are\ncommitted to ensuring the operation of this route runs safely and\ncomfortably for the public,\u201d said Rudy.<\/p>\n<p>To support operations, PT Jasamarga Jogja Solo is collaborating with\nthe police, the Ministry of Transportation, and the Ministry of Public\nWorks. Road users are urged to comply with traffic rules, including the\nmaximum speed limit of 40 kilometres per hour on the functional route.\n\u201cDrivers are asked to ensure their vehicles are in prime condition and\nhave sufficient electronic money balance before entering the toll,\u201d said\nRudy.<\/p>\n<p>The latest traffic information can be accessed via the Travoy\napplication, Jasa Marga\u2019s call centre at 133, and the company\u2019s official\nsocial media.<\/p>",
