The testing, inspection, certification, verification and assurance\n(TICVA) services company, PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk (MUTU) or MUTU\nInternational, has strengthened its leadership ranks through an\nExtraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) held in Jakarta\non Monday (24\/8).<\/p>\n
During the RUPSLB, shareholders approved changes to the company\u2019s\nboard composition, including the appointment of Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno\nas President Commissioner and Roestiandi Tsamanov as Deputy President\nDirector.<\/p>\n
Sandiaga\u2019s entry into the board of commissioners is expected to\nstrengthen the company\u2019s strategic perspective, particularly in business\ndevelopment, investment, partnership networks, and long-term value\ncreation for shareholders and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Roestiandi Tsamanov\u2019s experience in technology,\ndigitalisation, entrepreneurship, and human resource development is\nexpected to support business transformation, including the development\nof technology-based services and innovation.<\/p>\n
President Commissioner Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno said the company has\nsignificant opportunities to grow into one of the key players in\nIndonesia\u2019s green economy ecosystem.<\/p>\n
