He also\nexpressed confidence that the Commander of the Indonesian National Armed\nForces, General Agus Subiyante, is committed to supporting the legal\nprocess against military personnel suspected of involvement.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, on 2 July 2026, the Attorney General\u2019s Office announced\nfindings regarding the alleged involvement of active TNI personnel in\nthe case.<\/p>\n<p>The Director of Investigation for the Junior Attorney General for\nSpecial Crimes, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, stated that the military member\nallegedly involved is the Secretary of the Deputy for Provision and\nDistribution of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), who also serves as\nthe commitment-making official for motorcycle procurement, Colonel Cpl\nBudi Utomo.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, the handling of the case will be conducted through a\nconnectivity investigation alongside investigators from the Junior\nAttorney General for Military Crimes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is not because of the nature of the act within the military, but\nrather due to their status as military personnel that a connectivity\ninvestigation is being conducted,\u201d said Syarief.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, the Attorney General\u2019s Office has named seven suspects,\nincluding the former Head of the BGN, Dadan Hindayana; the former Deputy\nHead of BGN for Organisational Development and Institutional Relations,\nLodewyk Pusung; and the former Deputy Head of BGN for Nutritional\nFulfilment Operations, Sony Sonjaya.<\/p>\n<p>Other suspects include Asep Yusuf Sumantri from the private sector,\nthe Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal, Andri Mulyono; the\nChairman of the Indonesia Food Security Review Glory Foundation, Harimas\nSihombing; and the Secretary of the Deputy for Promotion and Cooperation\nof the BGN, Lalu Muhammad Iwan.<\/p>",
