        "content": "<p>The Langsa Class II TPI Immigration Office in Aceh Province has again\ndeported a Chinese national, identified by the initials LG, just a week\nafter repatriating another citizen from the country for immigration\nviolations. \u201cLG was subjected to administrative sanctions for proven\nviolations of immigration regulations as stipulated in Article 75\nParagraph (1) of Law Number 6 of 2011,\u201d said Head of the Langsa Class II\nTPI Immigration Office, Indra Sakti Suhermansyah, in Langsa on Tuesday.\nArticle 75 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 of 2011 states that immigration\nofficials are authorised to take Immigration Administrative Actions\nagainst foreigners who engage in activities that endanger public\nsecurity and order or who fail to comply with laws and regulations.\nIndra explained that the deportation process was carried out using a\ncommercial flight via Kualanamu International Airport in Deliserdang,\nNorth Sumatra. According to him, the deportation is the execution of an\nimmigration administrative action as a form of law enforcement against\nforeigners who violate Indonesian legal provisions. He explained that\nthe entire deportation process was conducted according to standard\noperating procedures, from security and travel document checks to the\ndeparture for the country of origin. Indra stated that the Langsa\nImmigration Office is committed to continuously strengthening its\noversight function regarding the presence and activities of foreign\nnationals, in line with the instructions of the Director General of\nImmigration, Hendarsam Marantoko. \u201cImmigration law enforcement through\ndeportation is a manifestation of the immigration authority\u2019s commitment\nto maintaining order and security, as well as ensuring that every\nforeign national conducts activities in accordance with the residence\npermit they hold while in Indonesian territory,\u201d he said. Previously,\nthe Langsa Class II TPI Immigration Office deported a Chinese national\nwith the initials ZL for violating Indonesian immigration regulations.\nZL was repatriated via Kualanamu International Airport on Thursday\n(16\/7). \u201cThe Langsa Immigration Office has deported two foreign\nnationals so far in 2026. Both are citizens of the People\u2019s Republic of\nChina, one this week and another last week,\u201d said Indra Sakti\nSuhermansyah.
