Indonesia's National Institute of Public Administration (LAN) and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) have jointly launched an e-learning platform aimed at bolstering integrity among civil servants (ASN). The initiative seeks to embed anti-corruption values and professional ethics as a core foundation of governance. The digital platform is designed to provide flexible, standardised, and continuous integrity education nationwide.

The National Institute of Public Administration (LAN) in
collaboration with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has
launched an E-Learning Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Berintegritas
(Integrity E-Learning for Civil Servants) platform. This initiative is
part of an effort to build a clean and accountable bureaucracy, which
cannot be separated from strengthening the integrity of ASN as the main
foundation of governance.

Head of LAN Muhammad Taufiq stated that the history of world
civilisations shows that the greatest threat to a nation often does not
come from outside, but from within. An important lesson can be drawn
from the story of the Great Wall of China, which for centuries stood as
a symbol of national defence but ultimately lost its function not
because of enemy strength, but due to the fragility of integrity within
the system that guarded it.

“For ASN, integrity is not merely defined as compliance with rules,
but also a moral commitment to carry out the mandate of office
professionally, honestly, and responsibly. Integrity is the main asset
in maintaining public trust while ensuring that every government policy
and service truly benefits the community,” Taufiq said in a statement on
Wednesday, 17 June 2026.

Taufiq added that this method is part of competency development for
ASN. Integrity learning has been regulated in Law Number 20 of 2023
concerning ASN, which stipulates that ASN competency development must be
carried out continuously through an integrated learning system.
Therefore, the Corporate University (Corpu) approach becomes an
important instrument to ensure the competency development process is
systematic, relevant, and impactful on organisational performance.

“The launch of E-Learning ASN Berintegritas is a crucial step to
provide specialised learning on integrity and anti-corruption. Through
this platform, we can expand anti-corruption education massively, in a
standardised manner, and continuously, so that integrity values can be
embedded in every aspect of government duties and public services,” he
explained.

By utilising digital learning, ASN can access educational materials
that are more flexible, personalised, and suited to the needs of their
positions and organisations. Various learning channels, cross-agency
collaboration, and the involvement of experts and practitioners are part
of the strategy to enhance the quality of ASN learning nationally.
",
