        "content": "<p>The Lampung Provincial Government has once again achieved a\ndistinction in regional financial management by securing an Unqualified\nOpinion (WTP) from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) of the Republic of\nIndonesia for the 2025 Fiscal Year Regional Government Financial Report\n(LKPD). This marks the twelfth consecutive WTP opinion obtained by the\nLampung Provincial Government. Governor Rahmat Mirzani Djausal\nemphasised that maintaining the WTP opinion for twelve consecutive years\nis tangible proof of the Lampung Provincial Government\u2019s commitment to\ntransparent, accountable financial governance in accordance with\nstatutory regulations. \u201cThis WTP opinion is not merely an achievement,\nbut also evidence of the Lampung Provincial Government\u2019s commitment to\nsound financial management compliant with applicable regulations,\u201d Mirza\nstated in a written release on Friday. Mirza noted that the preparation\nof a sound financial report relies on the cooperation of all regional\napparatus organisations, support from the Regional People\u2019s\nRepresentative Council (DPRD), and oversight from various parties. He\ndescribed the WTP opinion as the collective result of all government\nelements committed to orderly, effective, and responsible financial\nmanagement. He also expressed appreciation to the BPK for conducting a\nprofessional audit and providing various recommendations to improve\ngovernance quality. \u201cThe input, corrections, and improvement steps\nduring the audit process serve as important material for us to\ncontinuously enhance the quality of regional financial management,\u201d he\nsaid. Despite again receiving an unqualified opinion, the Provincial\nGovernment remains committed to following up on all recommendations\nprovided by the BPK. Mirza explained that findings requiring refinement\nhave been addressed through the formulation of action plans as\nguidelines for improvement within each regional apparatus. These steps\naim to make future regional financial management more effective,\nefficient, and accountable. The submission of the Audit Results Report\nfor the Lampung Provincial Government\u2019s 2025 financial report took place\nduring a Special Plenary Session of the Lampung Provincial DPRD. The\nreport was handed over directly by the BPK to the Governor and the\nleadership of the DPRD. The event was attended by the Head of the BPK\u2019s\nPlanning, Evaluation and State Financial Audit Policy Agency, Novi\nGregory Antonius Pelenkahu, the Head of the BPK Representative Office\nfor Lampung, Nugroho Heru Wibowo, DPRD leaders, members of the Regional\nLeadership Coordination Forum, the Regional Secretary, and regional\napparatus officials. During the session, the BPK issued an Unqualified\nOpinion on the Lampung Provincial Government\u2019s 2025 financial report\nafter conducting an audit in accordance with State Financial Audit\nStandards. Novi added that\nthese recommendations are intended as evaluation material for the\nProvincial Government to improve budgeting effectiveness, spending\ncontrol, and internal control systems.
