If there is a\nshortage of chemical fertiliser, we can still remain productive through\nliquid organic fertiliser produced by the villages.<\/p>\n<p>Bandarlampung (ANTARA) - Lampung Governor Rahmat Mirzani Djausal\ntargets that by 2027, 2,651 villages in Lampung Province will be able to\nproduce and use liquid organic fertiliser.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe target that next year, precisely in 2027, the liquid organic\nfertiliser development programme in villages in Lampung Province will be\ncompleted. And all villages, or a total of 2,651 villages, will all be\nable to produce and use liquid organic fertiliser,\u201d said Lampung\nGovernor Rahmat Mirzani Djausal in Bandarlampung on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that with 2,651 villages in Lampung Province able to\nproduce and use liquid organic fertiliser, the productivity of all\ncommodities planted in the villages can increase.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is one form of reserve for villages as well. If there is a\nshortage of chemical fertiliser, we can still remain productive through\nliquid organic fertiliser produced by the villages. Thus, there is no\nneed to worry about maintaining productivity in the agricultural sector\nin each village,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Then, in 2026, the Lampung Provincial Government will continue\ndeveloping liquid organic fertiliser in 1,500 villages in its\nregion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe regional government\u2019s target this year is for this liquid\norganic fertiliser to reach and be used on one million hectares of\nagricultural land in the villages. So, with this, positive impacts such\nas increased commodity prices, higher production, and cheaper operations\nwill occur, so that the income of village communities, especially\nfarmers, will also improve in the villages in Lampung,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the bio or liquid organic fertiliser will have\npositive impacts for village communities, such as improving soil\nstructure, lowering fertiliser production costs, reducing dependence on\nchemical fertiliser by 30 per cent, and increasing plant productivity by\n25 per cent.<\/p>",
