        "content": "<p>Lampung contractor cries foul play<\/p>\n<p>BANDAR LAMPUNG, Lampung: A contractor is suing the head of the<br>\nLampung Agency for Population and Transmigration and his entire<br>\nstaff at the local state administrative court, claiming collusion<br>\nin the way they awarded contracts, Antara reported on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>\"I have authentic proof. I want justice and that corruption,<br>\ncollusion and nepotism be eliminated,\" Sumurung Sianturi,<br>\ndirector of CV Kharisma, told the news agency.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Siringoringo, who is trying the case, ordered for a stay<br>\nof execution of a Rp 3 billion project pending the outcome of the<br>\ntrial.<\/p>\n<p>Sianturi, who lost out in many bids from the agency, noted<br>\nthat one particular contractor had won seven bids.<\/p>\n<p>A lawyer representing the defendants said Sianturi lost the<br>\nbids because his company did not meet the requirements.
