        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2013 Head of the Attorney General\u2019s Office Legal Information\nCentre, Anang Supriatna, has revealed the reason Rinaldi Umar was not\nappointed as the new Director of Investigation at the Junior Attorney\nGeneral for Special Crimes (Jampidsus).<\/p>\n<p>Anang stated that the position of Director of Investigation (Dirdik)\nat Jampidsus must be filled by someone experienced and mature in special\ncriminal matters.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the Attorney General\u2019s Office filled the position with\nSaiful Bahri Siregar, who has experience in special crime investigation\nand is a former Head of the Bengkulu High Prosecutor\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt happens that Mr Saiful Bahri, who was appointed, is a former High\nProsecutor, has been in investigation, while Mr Rinaldi himself has\nmostly been outside,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Rinaldi Umar will be placed in the position of Deputy Head\nof the South Sumatra High Prosecutor\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMr Rinaldi is first made Deputy High Prosecutor in South Sumatra.\nLater on, what is clear is that he still needs to mature.
