        "content": "<p>President Prabowo Subianto has officially appointed Kuntadi as the\nnew Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) via a\nPresidential Decree, replacing Febrie Ardiansyah. Deputy Chairman of\nHouse Commission III, Ahmad Sahroni, urged Kuntadi to be tough on\ncorruption and not to trifle with graft. \u201cMy message to Mr Kuntadi is\nthat he must be fierce towards corruptors and not play games with\ncorruption,\u201d Sahroni said when contacted on Wednesday (22\/7\/2026). He\nalso reminded Kuntadi not to play favourites with major cases. He\nfurther called for the Attorney General\u2019s Office to maintain its\nindependence in investigating the case involving Febrie Ardiansyah. \u201cMy\nmessage to Mr Kuntadi is also not to play favourites with major cases\nand to prove to the public that the prosecutor\u2019s office is independent\nand can resolve cases quickly, especially by presenting the former\nJampidsus to the public,\u201d he said. Furthermore, Sahroni viewed the\nappointment of Kuntadi as highly appropriate.
