he Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Presidential Staff Office (KSP) is implementing the 'KSP Mendekat' (KSP Approaches) programme to follow up on public reports directly on the ground. This includes addressing issues that require cross-ministerial and inter-agency coordination, aimed at accelerating responses to various grievances.<\/code><\/pre>\n\u201cSo, it is no longer just about listening, but moving closer. Once a\nreport is received, we execute directly in the field,\u201d said the Chief of\nStaff to the President, General (Ret.) Dudung Abdur_rachman, during the\nsigning ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the\nSynergy of SP4N-LAPOR! Management 2026-2031 in Jakarta on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Dudung stated that KSP Mendekat was established to handle community\nissues that do not always originate from individuals or single\norganisations, but may arise due to coordination hurdles between\nministries.<\/p>\n
\u201cKSP, through the KSP Mendekat programme, is present to resolve these\nactivities,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Dudung cited an example of the programme\u2019s implementation during his\nvisit to Medan a few days prior to the event. During that visit, he\nobserved the involvement of several ministries, including the Ministry\nof Agriculture and the Ministry of Public Works, in addressing community\nconcerns.<\/p>\n
He noted that one of the observed developments was the ability of\nlocal communities to directly manage budgets for the construction of\ntertiary irrigation, which are channels that deliver water directly to\npaddy fields.<\/p>\n
According to Dudung, the government allocates budgets to community\ngroups of paddy field owners to build this irrigation, ensuring the\nprogramme\u2019s benefits are felt directly by people at the grassroots\nlevel.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis means the government\u2019s reach to the people is extraordinary. It\nis not merely about reporting; the government is physically present,\u201d\nsaid Dudung.<\/p>\n
Dudung mentioned that President Prabowo Subianto has directed the\nbureaucracy to continue transforming public services digitally so that\nservices are more accessible, fast, certain, and interconnected across\napplications.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe government must listen more and stay close to the problems faced\nby the community,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
In this context, the KSP, along with the Ministry of PANRB, the\nMinistry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Communication and Digital, and\nthe Indonesian Ombudsman, signed an MoU for the Synergy of SP4N-LAPOR!\nManagement for the 2026-2031 period.<\/p>\n
Dudung explained that SP4N-LAPOR! serves as the national public\nservice complaint channel and is one of the general applications under\nPresidential Regulation Number 132 of 2022 regarding the Architecture of\nElectronic-Based Government Systems.<\/p>\n
Members of the public can use this channel to report public service\nissues, including damaged roads, the Free Nutritious Meal programme,\nsocial assistance, schools, community health centres (puskesmas),\nillegal levies, and suspected corruption.<\/p>",
