        "content": "<p>PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) has agreed on the\nappointment of its board of commissioners for the 2026-2030 period\nduring its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST).<\/p>\n<p>Shareholders unanimously approved the appointment of A Fuad Rahmany\nas President Commissioner. A Fuad Rahmany previously served as Chairman\nof the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency\n(Bapepam-LK) at the Ministry of Finance (2006\u20132011), Commissioner of the\nDeposit Insurance Corporation (2009\u20132014), Director General of Taxation\nat the Ministry of Finance (2011\u20132014), and has held commissioner roles\nat several other companies since 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Shareholders also approved the appointment of Indra Christanto and\nMargeret M Tang as Commissioners. Indra Christanto currently serves as\nPresident Director of PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, having previously been a\nDirector there from 2012 to 2018. He also has experience as Director of\nEquity at PT Andalan Artha Advisindo (2003\u20132011), a member of the KSEI\nBudget Committee (2020\u20132021), a member of the APEI Securities\nBroker-Dealer Department (2020\u20132023), a member of the PT Bursa Efek\nIndonesia Trading Committee (2020\u20132022), and a member of the PT Bursa\nEfek Indonesia Disciplinary Commission (2022\u20132024).<\/p>\n<p>Margeret M Tang previously led KSEI as Acting President Director\nduring the 2014\u20132015 period, after serving as a Director from 2010 to\n2014. She then served as President Director from 2015 to 2016.\nAdditionally, she has experience as a Commissioner of PT Kliring\nPenjaminan Efek Indonesia (2016\u20132023), Independent Commissioner of PT\nBintraco Dharma Tbk (2016\u20132020), and Independent Commissioner of PT\nMandiri Manajemen Investasi (2015\u20132019).<\/p>\n<p>The composition of the KSEI board of commissioners for the 2026-2030\nperiod is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>President Commissioner: A.
