This issue was reported by many\nresidents whose commutes were affected as they headed to work. VP\nCorporate Secretary of KAI Commuter (KCI), Karina Amanda, stated that\nthe KRL affected at Serpong Station was under inspection. However, when\nasked if the disruption was related to the train doors, Karina did not\nprovide details. She only confirmed that it was a technical issue.\nKarina explained that the disrupted KRL set was a Japanese-made train\nthat had been in use for a long time. \u201cThe train affected this morning\nis not an INKA KRL,\u201d she said.
