        "content": "<p>KPU reopens IT tender<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: The General Elections Commission (KPU) decided on<br>\nThursday that it would repeat the tender process to procure<br>\ninformation technology (IT) infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>A member of KPU&apos;s IT tender selection team Dalail said the IT<br>\ntender should be re-initiated as the final four firms and<br>\nconsortium earlier shortlisted could not agree to financial<br>\nterms.<\/p>\n<p>The four chosen out of 41 firms that passed the screening by<br>\nKPU were PT Asaba Computer Center that offered to do the contract<br>\nfor Rp 193.96 billion, PT Pernadi Wiraperkasa Rp 142.65 billion,<br>\na consortium of PT Berca Hardaya Perkasa,  PT Indosat Mega Media<br>\nand PT Citra Tirza Astari Jaya Rp 185.67 billion and the<br>\nconsortium of PT Swadharma Duta Data and PT Transmarco Data<br>\nSystems (Rp 192.30 billion).<\/p>\n<p>Before the decision to recommence the tender, KPU<br>\ndelayed the announcement of the winner of the IT infrastructure<br>\ntender.<\/p>\n<p>The new tender will start on Friday and all existing<br>\ncontestants of the tender could participate the tender, according<br>\nto Dalail. --JP<\/p>",
