"summary": "The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has expressed respect for the court ruling that partially granted the pre-trial petition of DPR Secretary-General Indra Iskandar, nullifying his suspect status in a corruption case involving the procurement of office facilities worth Rp120 billion. KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the agency will study the legal considerations behind the decision and may continue the investigation if sufficient evidence exists, emphasising that the pre-trial outcome does not end enforcement efforts. The case, which allegedly caused losses of tens of billions of rupiah, involved Indra and six others, with KPK previously delaying his detention to complete documentation on state losses.",
