        "content": "<p>The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has urged the Regent of\nKuantan Singingi (Kuansing), Suhardiman Amby, and the Regional Secretary\nof Kuansing, Zulkarnaen, to surrender after they disappeared during a\nsting operation (OTT) in Kuansing, Riau.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe urge the Regent and Regional Secretary of Kuansing to be\ncooperative and surrender to the KPK so that the legal process can\nproceed effectively,\u201d said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK\nbuilding in Jakarta on Tuesday (30\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Budi stated that the KPK team is still searching for the whereabouts\nof Regent Suhardiman and Secretary Zulkarnaen. The KPK arrested a total\nof 10 individuals during the sting operation, which was related to\nalleged bribery in the sale and purchase of positions within the\nKuansing Regency Government.<\/p>\n<p>Of the 10 people arrested, five have been brought to Jakarta for\nintensive examination at the KPK\u2019s Merah Putih Building.<\/p>",
