Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has\nsummoned the treasurer of the Indonesian National Sports Committee\n(KONI) of Madiun City, who is also the chair of the Madiun City\nAll-Indonesia Badminton Association (PBSI), Rahma Noviarini (RN), as a\nwitness in the alleged corruption case involving inactive Mayor of\nMadiun, Maidi (MD).<\/p>\n
\u201cThe examination will take place at the State Treasury Service Office\n(KPPN) of Madiun City, East Java, with RN as the treasurer of KONI\nMadiun City,\u201d said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in\nJakarta, Thursday.<\/p>\n
In addition, Budi said that the KPK had also summoned other\nwitnesses, including US as the deputy chairman of the Bhakti Husada\nMulia Madiun Health Sciences Foundation, SK as the director of CV\nMutiara Agung, RRN as the head of the Asset Administration Sub-division\nat the Madiun City Finance and Asset Agency, HPI as a private\nindividual, and AP as a civil servant from the Madiun City Public Works\nand Spatial Planning Department.<\/p>\n
Previously, on January 19, 2026, the KPK conducted a sting operation\n(OTT) against Maidi.<\/p>\n
On the same date, the KPK revealed that the OTT against Maidi was\nrelated to project rewards and corporate social responsibility (CSR)\nfunds in Madiun City.<\/p>\n
On January 20, 2026, the KPK announced that three people had been\nnamed as suspects after the OTT, namely the Mayor of Madiun, Maidi (MD),\nRochim Ruhdiyanto (RR) as Maidi\u2019s confidant, and the Head of the Madiun\nCity Public Works and Spatial Planning Department, Thariq Megah\n(TM).<\/p>\n
The KPK also announced that there were two clusters in the alleged\nextortion case involving the modus operandi of project rewards and CSR\nfunds, as well as other receipts or gratuities within the Madiun City\nGovernment.<\/p>\n
The first is the alleged extortion involving suspects Maidi and\nRochim Ruhdiyanto.
