The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned Cris\nKuntadi, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Manpower, to be\nquestioned as a witness in the alleged extortion case related to the\nprocessing of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) certifications, on\nWednesday (February 25).<\/p>\n
This examination is to complete the case file of the suspects Chairul\nFadly Harahap, Haiyani Rumondang, and Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga, who are\nofficials and former officials at the Ministry of Manpower.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe examination will be conducted at the KPK\u2019s Merah Putih Building,\nwith Cris Kuntadi as the person being questioned,\u201d said KPK Spokesperson\nBudi Prasetyo in a written statement on Wednesday (February 25).<\/p>\n
In addition to him, the KPK has also scheduled examinations for three\nother witnesses.<\/p>\n
They are Daafi Armanda, Head of the Building Construction Section of\nthe Directorate of Supervision of Occupational Safety and Health (PNK3)\nat the Ministry of Manpower; Dayoena Ivon Muriono, a PPPK (Government\nEmployee with a Contract) at the General Bureau of the Secretariat\nGeneral of the Ministry of Manpower; and the Head of SAV Money\nChanger.<\/p>\n
The KPK has not detained the three suspects, but has imposed a travel\nban for six months, effective from December 5, 2025.<\/p>\n
One of the strong pieces of evidence found by investigators is the\nalleged flow of funds related to the processing of K3 to the\nsuspects.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis includes the flow of funds. Based on the ongoing investigation,\nthrough questioning the suspects and other witnesses, investigators are\ntracing where the alleged extortion funds related to the processing of\nK3 certifications flowed to, including to several individuals at the\nMinistry of Manpower, as well as the chain of command related to the\nalleged extortion,\u201d Budi said some time ago.<\/p>\n
\u201cTherefore, in the development of this investigation, the KPK has\ndesignated these three new suspects,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
The KPK had previously processed the cases of 11 suspects in the\nalleged extortion and\/or gratification case related to the processing of\nK3 certifications.<\/p>\n
The suspects include former Deputy Minister of Manpower Immanuel\nEbenezer and Irvian Bobby Mahendro, who is the Commitment-Making Officer\n(PPK) at the Directorate General of Labour Supervision and Occupational\nSafety and Health (Ditjen Binwasnaker & K3).<\/p>\n
Also included are Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra, Coordinator of the\nCompetency Testing and Evaluation Division for Occupational Safety in\n2022-present; Subhan, Sub-Coordinator of Occupational Safety at the\nDirectorate of K3 in 2020-2025; Hery Sutanto, Director of Institutional\nDevelopment in 2021-February 2025; Anitasari Kusumawati, Sub-Coordinator\nof Partnership and Occupational Health Personnel in 2020-present; and\nFahrurozi, Director General of Binwasnaker & K3 from March\n2025-present.<\/p>\n
Also included are Subkoordinator Sekarsari Kartika Putri, Coordinator\nSupriadi, Representative of PT Kem Indonesia Temurila, and Miki Mahfud,\nwho is also from PT Kem Indonesia.<\/p>\n
